Ghostpaeperstudio has achieved 6 independent units, five of which are three bedroom units with car parking and one is a two bedroom unit. With an entrance from the Tidal road, the living space for the units engage the street with landscaping and a pedestrian entry from Colin street.
Our brief to Ghostpaeperstudio was to have six independent units on the site and they achieved that for us. With outlook and outdoor living spaces towards Colin street and a vehicular entry from Tidal road, Ghostpaeperstudio have achieved an optimal solution for us.
