On the corner of Volante and Innismara avenue in Manurewa, this development is adjacent to Wattle Farm reserve. Currently under construction, the client’s brief was to have a maximum number of three-bedroom units with car parking. Two sets of duplex units, with car parking and each duplex has its own vehicular access – one from Innismara avenue and the other from Volante avenue.
This was a corner site and Ghostpaeperstudio have developed the site to have two separate vehicle entries and 4 units in a duplex setup. As a one stop solution provider, Ghostpaeperstudio seamlessly managed the project from Concept to Resource consent and Building consent.
