Located in Mangere East, close to the southwestern motorway, the development is adjacent to Kingsford school, South Auckland church of Christ and the Kingsford Supermarket. Currently under construction, the client\u2019s brief was to have a maximum number of three-bedroom units with car parking. Ghostpaeperstudio has achieved 5 townhouse units, with car parking. With an entrance from the Kairanga street, the outdoor living areas are oriented north with landscaping and the street facing unit has a pedestrian entry from Kairanga street.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
